Hey everyone! My name is Allysa McMillan, however, I prefer Ally. A little bit about myself...I'm a cheerleader here at UWM, I have four dogs and a parrot, and I enjoy eating sugar--all the time.
I'm in my fourth year of college here at UWM, and I'm only three semesters away from earning my teaching degree in English. At this point in my education I am first and foremost a student, but I have to say that I am really looking forward to interacting with students and beginning taking on the role as an educator. English is absolutely a passion of mine, specifically creative writing. I've written a few short stories, and have even had one published in a college writing magazine. I hope that sounds impressive, because apart from that I can't say that I really identify as a professional yet! Although I'm far from a professional, I'm definitely confident in my ability to assist you all in improving your writing.
